Home to Manchester City Football Club, the Etihad Stadium represents far more than just a place of football. It is a major focal point for the lives of many people living in the surrounding community. 
 
I wanted to capture this focal meeting point for fans of all walks of life, with one thing in common, a love for this club. The husband and wife, a father excitedly taking his son to the game. The fan buying his next City shirt. It's 2022 a selfie is a must in front of the Champions. It's a time to capture this club in their most succesful era in history. 
 
The oil painting was completed in May 2022  size is 12” x 16” on gesso primed 6mm MDF panel.
